- LemFi from the UAE — its Egypt page lists sending only from Australia, Canada, the UK, the US and certain European countries
- Wise from the UAE — states it cannot yet send Egyptian pounds to Egypt from the UAE and offers only a waiting list
- Xoom from the UAE — publishes the UAE only as a receiving country
- Instarem from Qatar — Instarem does not serve Qatar outbound. Its Qatari market address redirects to the global home page, which then quotes a euro to rupee transfer — the redirect-to-homepage pattern that looks live to a status check but serves no Qatari product.
- MoneyGram from Qatar — MoneyGram has no Qatari consumer site. Its Qatari address redirects to the United States home page. It still carries Qatari money: Ooredoo Money names MoneyGram as one of the partners behind its own app, so the network is reachable in Qatar only through somebody else's shopfront.
- Remitly from Qatar — Remitly does not operate from Qatar, or from anywhere in the Gulf except the UAE. Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman each return a 404 on the provider's market root.
- Ria Money Transfer from Qatar — Ria publishes no Qatari site. Its Qatari address returns the provider's own page-not-found screen.
- Wise from Qatar — Wise does not operate from Qatar. Its Qatari send-money address returns the provider's own lost-page screen and redirects to the global home page.
