Corrections Policy
Last updated
Pricing on this site changes without warning, and some of it is compiled by hand. That means we will sometimes be wrong. What matters is how quickly a mistake is found and how honestly it is fixed, so this page sets out both.
Reporting an error
If a figure on this site looks wrong, tell us. Email corrections@remitarchitect.com with the page address and what you believe is incorrect. A link or screenshot from the provider showing the correct information helps enormously and gets the fix out faster.
Reports from provider representatives are welcome on the same terms as reports from readers. We will correct a genuine factual error regardless of who reports it, and a correction request is never treated as grounds for changing a ranking.
What we aim to do, and by when
- Acknowledge a correction report within two business days.
- Fix a clear factual error — a wrong fee, a payout method that does not exist, a provider listed on a corridor it does not serve — as soon as it is verified against the provider's own published information.
- Where a claim turns out to be unverifiable rather than wrong, remove it instead of leaving it up with a hedge.
- Where we cannot reproduce the problem, reply and explain what we checked rather than closing it silently.
How corrections are shown
Every provider row carries the date we last checked it and a link to the source we checked, so a corrected row visibly updates. For a correction that changes the substance of a recommendation — not a typo — we note what changed and when on the affected page.
We do not quietly rewrite a page to make a past error disappear.
Corridors we have not re-verified
Some corridors were carried over from our previous site and have not yet been re-checked against provider sources. Those pages say so directly and show no review date, because we would rather admit a gap than imply a check we have not performed. They are being worked through, and each one gains a date the moment it is genuinely verified.
