Before you write: what we can and cannot do
Remit Architect is an independent comparison site. We do not move money, hold funds, or have any account with the providers listed here — which means there is nothing we can do about a transfer that is late, held, or has gone somewhere unexpected. For anything to do with a specific transfer, your provider's own support team is the only party who can help.
We cannot:
- Access, track or cancel a transfer
- Issue a refund on a provider's behalf
- Change a recipient's details or your account settings
- Resolve an identity or verification hold on a provider's platform
- Guarantee that a rate, fee or delivery time is still current at the moment you send
What we can do is fix what is on this page, explain how we arrived at it, and take your report seriously when it is wrong.
Report incorrect information
Fees, exchange rates, delivery times and payout methods change without notice, and we would rather hear about an error from you than leave it on the page. Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox.
So that we can verify the change rather than simply swap one unsourced figure for another, please include:
- Page URL — the address of the affected page
- What is wrong — a one-line summary of the error
- What it should say — the correct figure or detail
- Where you saw it — a link to the provider's own page, or a screenshot
- When you saw it — pricing moves, so the date matters

Provider information updates
If you work for a money transfer provider listed on this site and something in your profile is out of date, write in and we will review it against your published terms.
- Your name, role, and a work email address at the company
- The exact Remit Architect page you are asking us to change
- What you would like corrected, and what it should say instead
- A link to the official page, schedule or release that supports it

We update figures that are demonstrably wrong. We do not remove accurate ones, adjust rankings on request, or publish marketing copy as editorial.
Partnerships and commercial enquiries
For affiliate, advertising or partnership enquiries, include your company, your website, a short outline of what you have in mind, and how to reach you.
Commercial relationships do not influence ratings, rankings, or which providers appear on a corridor. The comparison is built from published fees and measured payouts before anyone's commercial terms enter the picture.

Privacy and data requests
For any question about personal data, your privacy rights, or how this site handles information, write to the privacy address with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

Never send passwords, card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents by email — to us or to anyone else. We will never ask for them.
Intellectual property and copyright
If you believe something published here infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a notice with “Intellectual Property Notice” in the subject line and include:
- Your full name and contact details
- Identification of the protected work
- The URL of the material you are objecting to
- A statement of the right you hold in the material
- A statement that the information you have given is accurate and made in good faith

Security vulnerabilities
If you find a security issue affecting this site, report it with “Security Report” in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce it.
Please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, modify or download data that is not yours in the course of testing.

Response times
This is a small operation, not a support desk, and every message is read by a person. We aim to review every legitimate enquiry, and corrections, privacy, security and legal matters go to the front of the queue. Sending the same request several times moves it down, not up.
