Independent research
Our comparison data comes from each provider's own published terms, read by hand, alongside public mid-market rate APIs. Where a provider does not publish a figure, we say so rather than estimating one.
Remit Architect is an independent comparison site for international money transfers. We track exchange rates, fees, delivery speeds and payout options across 34 providers and 559 corridors — so you don't have to. Whether you're sending $200 to Lagos, £500 to Dhaka or CAD 1,000 to Manila, we show which service puts the most money in your recipient's hands.
Four commitments, each one checkable against the pages themselves.
Our comparison data comes from each provider's own published terms, read by hand, alongside public mid-market rate APIs. Where a provider does not publish a figure, we say so rather than estimating one.
Every provider is evaluated against the same criteria: exchange rate margin, transfer fee, delivery speed, payout methods, and ease of use. Nothing is weighted by commercial relationships.
We focus on the corridors that matter most to people sending money home — Nigeria, India, Mexico, Philippines, Ghana and dozens more — because these senders deserve the same financial transparency as everyone else.
Exchange rates move constantly, so the mid-market rate on every page is live. Provider terms move slowly, so we review those by hand — and we make that promise only for the largest corridors, which carry a review date. Every other page carries no date, because a freshness date is a promise, and we would rather keep the promises we make than spread them thin. Silence is more honest than a stale date.
How this site is researched
Every provider row on this site comes from that provider's own published terms, read directly — not scraped, not estimated, and never supplied by the provider. No figure appears here that a provider has not stated itself. Where the terms are vague, the page says “varies” instead of inventing precision. Where a claim cannot be supported, the badge is withheld rather than handed to whoever happens to rank first.
The rules behind those decisions are published in our methodology, and we correct mistakes in public — see our corrections policy.
How we make money
When you follow a link to a provider and complete a transfer, some providers pay us a referral commission. This never influences our rankings or the order providers appear on a page — the table is sorted by our editorial criteria, not by who pays us more.
We currently compare providers across 175 USA, 50 UK, 48 Canada, 40 Australia, 30 Singapore, 28 France, 28 Spain, 25 Germany, 25 Hong Kong, 25 UAE, 15 Ireland, 12 New Zealand, 7 Qatar, 7 Switzerland, 5 Austria, 5 Belgium, 5 Denmark, 5 Italy, 5 Malaysia, 5 Netherlands, 5 Portugal, 5 Sweden and 4 Norway corridors, with more being added regularly. Each corridor page lists every provider we could verify data for — we don't leave out providers because they don't pay referral fees.

We correct in public and record what changed. A reader's note is how most corrections start.
